In FrontPage 2003 the last textbox I create disappears when I preview certain
pages.

Certainly not normal behavior. Can you give us a URL? Also, are your
"textboxes" tables or are they otherwise defined with CSS?
When it "disappears" - does it disappear from Preview, Preview in Browser,
Design View, Code, only after publishing, or all of the above?

Did you save the page before preview?
By textbox do you mean the form textbox input type? or the VML object text
box?
