Why does text flash on the screen while website is downloading?

[I have a good question]

When I go into any page on my site for the first time the text from the page
flashes on the screen over the other items on the page while the page is
downloading. Once it is in memory this doesn't happen again. Is there a way
to prevent this? My url is : www.heartsdreamshealing.com

That is just the way the Publisher pages load. A little disconcerting but
hardly noticeable unless you have a dial-up connection.
