Why does text in publisher look fuzzy when promoted to my website

Text I created in Publisher for my webpages gets fuzzy when the pages are
promoted. How can I prevent this?

It sounds like you have a page object such as an image overlapping the text
box, which will result in Publisher creating a GIF out of the two. Look over
your page and find the overlapping elements, or run the design checker to
find.
