why does the full work sheet not print after preview

just got windows vista premium 64 bit on new lap top
printer does not print full worksheet previewed --why

Not sure but one possible reason could be if you are using shortcut keys (Alt
or Ctl+a letter) Vista's new menus may be taking it as printing a selection
instead of the whole worksheet.
