Why does Word freeze and crash whenever I try to use Bullets and .

I have Word 2003, which states part of the professional version. I am at
work. When ever I either highlight a section to add bullets to, or right
click and simply click the bullets and numbering option, Word freezes then
crashes. It will always ask if I want to sent the error report. I stoppped
sending this because it never gives me a solution. This occurs every, every
time I go to bullets and numbering. Until I realized when the problem
occured - I would crash every hour or so. Help, I cannot use that option and
need to.

This may be because you have a partially corrupt printer driver or a
registry corruption.

Make sure that you have the latest driver for your printer and then delete
and reinstall the printer.

If the problem persists, open the registry editor and find:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Word\List Gallery Presets

Delete the Gallery Presets key.
