Why Doesn't OneNote Provide a Change Text Case Command...

Why doesn't OneNote provide a text "Change Case" command ... like that in
Microsoft Word?

Word provides a toolbar button that enable the user to highlight a text
string of any length and quickly change its case format to the following
choices:

- Sentance case
- lowercase
- UPPERCASE
- Capitalize Each Word
- tOGGLE cASE

Microsoft: Please implement this simple but timesaving feature in OneNote.

Why?
OneNote is good for atl east 1001 things. But it's definetly not a
replacement for a fully-blown wordprocessor like Word.
