why doesn't tempate download

I found a recipe template in Microsoft access. When I hit the "download now"
absolutley nothing happens. How can I get it downloaded. I have Windows XP
home edition.

Having Windows XP Home Edition does NOT mean you ahve Microsoft Access. The
template will not donwload if you do not have Microsoft Access.
