My system is Windows 2000 Professional and Office 2000 SP-3. We recently
changed "system administrators" and I noticed the problem after the change.
In my Inbox and other folders, my old messages will show the "replied to" and
"forwarded" envelope icons but the newer messages only have the open envelope
without the blue or purple arrows. Is it some kind of security measure or is
there a setting I can change?
