Why don't my hyperlinks work in Netscape?

My web site works great in IE but none of my links will work in Netscape. My
rotating banner doesn't work either - is there any way to fix that?

It is a strange thing.

Those links are in a commented area of code, yet they appear on the page.-

VML graphics - in this case a text box. Only visible on IE 5.5 and later on
Windows, and, as you said, commented out on other browsers.

You are using VML graphics (Word Art, Text Boxes, Shapes produced using the
drawing tool bar) for the links - these will only work in Internet
Explorer.
Unless you wish to ignore the (more than) 21% of users who do not use
Internet Explorer, do not use this type of object on a web page.
