Why don't Office 2003 programs run under an alternate login ID?

I loaded Office 2003 on a XP SP2 OS that has mutliples user IDs. The programs
run fine in my SysAdmin account, but will not run in any of the other
accounts. When I try to start one (Word for example) it displays multiple
messages that it is installing and configuring. After it finally stops this,
most anything I do causes this "install" to run again.

Also, in Excel, It says stdole.tbl is missing or corrupt. It's not missing
and if it was corrupt I doubt if Excel would run in my sysadmin account.
