Why don't we get a "Project Center" in Outlook?

Take a look at Microsoft's Office 2004 for MAC. Instead of the basic task
list that we have in Outlook (and that hasn't changed in six years), the new
version of Entourage comes complete with Outlook-like task functionality AND
a Project Center to organize project related messages, appointments, tasks,
notes, and documents. I
