Whether I am in Word, Outlook or any Office XP program, I have become unable
to insert files or pictures either into the document or as an attachment.
Each time I try, I get a error report saying that "Word has encountered a
problem..."
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office, scanned for virus's etc,
but the problem persists. This only stated today. Any ideas what is causing
this and/or how to correct it?
