Why error when installing Sp3?

Have tried uninstalling and troubleshouting with MS has led me here.
I'm getting error message 0x8024002D.

Any Ideas?

It may be easiest to do a full download and manually install that SP. You
don't state the version, but I will assume Office XP. Here's the link for
downloading:

Be sure to download the "fullfile" version (57+ MB) using the second
download button.
