Why has a font I installed now stopped applying to word documents

I have Bradley Hand installed on my computer and use it on my invoices as
part of our logo. All of a sudden our saved invoices are showing the Bradley
Hand parts as Arial and I can't get Bradley Hand to apply to any text even
though it's still on my font list. I've tried deleting it from the Fonts file
and reinstalling it to no avail. Any suggestions anyone?

Do you have a printer installed and set as the default? Or maybe the
printer drivers are on a network drive and you're disconnected from the
network? You don't have to have the printer physically attached to the
computer or available on the network, but you do need the drivers.
