I finish my website in publisher, i preview it.. everything work fine. then
publish it to a hostwebsite and it looked perfect. Then i go to my brother´s
computer, type my website adress and everything is located where it shoudl
EXCEPT 2 HTML Codes.. it was a carousel picture html... which should appear
in the middle and it was at the bottom and a rollover text html also
located at the bottom.

Why is it that in my computer my website looks fine and in other computers
it does not?

There is a FAQ about this near the bottom of the page:

Besides this, I have found that different browsers, different resolutions,
laptops vs. desktops, the text size chosen in the browser, and many other
variables can affect how a page loads. Sometimes making sure the code
fragment box is the same size as the rendered result can make a
difference...sometimes you just have to move things around, and experiment
until you get what you want.
