If you don't have an account set up in your newsreader to go directly to
msnews.microsoft.com, but instead are using a regular USENET server, then
posts can be slow to get picked up if at all. So you'll probably not see
this soon either. Maybe ever.
In Outlook Express, it's Tools - Accounts - News - Add.
