why I can't login the project web access

I had install the project server 2003 on my server successfully, and when I active the "設定projectserver
from server and the web access login user account ( "msprojectserveruser", and other account ) are not allowe
( error code 5005")

Login with the Administrator account and use the password that you gave the
setup program.
MSProjectservuser is not a PWA account.
