I have trouble opening microsoft word file. It need to open twice. The first
time it only open the microsoft word and only the second time it open the
file. It's not just for particular file but all the microsoft words and
excels file. Though powerpoint files are fine though. I have acrobat and
endnote installed but I remove them for testing purposes. I already did
reinstall the office but no help. I also updated to the latest version (SP2).
Any ideas?
