why import and export is not active in file menu ?

Hi,
When i want to make import and export in Outlook @003 proffessional this
option is not active.

Know somebody why ?

To and from what do you want to export and import? If it's to another pst
file then don't. Just copy your existing pst file (with Outlook closed).
