why is all my inbound email showing as "bulk"

All of the emails that land in my inbox come in with the word "[bulk]" ahead
of the subject line. This is true even of emails that come from senders that
I recognize. How do I shut this off?

What happens if you disable that anti-spam software that you
installed?

What happens if you disable the server-side spam filter in your
account with whatever email provider you use (by using their webmail
interface to get at your account's options)?

This is not an Outlook issue. It is an issue of whatever anti-spam
filtering you have employed.
