Why is 'Beep' so dangerous?

I was looking at the functions disabled by sandbox mode thinking 'I really
need some of these...' when I saw 'Beep' was on the list. Why is 'Beep' on
the 'bad list'?

Hi John,

Probably more of an operating systems question.

I'm just guessing here. The beep itself is not dangerous (beep will not
destroy anything). What's dangerous is a computer instruction that can
access and control hardware. Beep is just one of them.
