why is microsoft so cheap

Microsoft basically owns the world and is so cheap they won't even post a
phone number for you to call when you have questions about there products you
want to buy , but can't because you don't know which one is right for you
because they don't have a PHONE.

Click Help
Click About Microsoft Access (or Excel, or whatever)
Click on Tech Support

A phone number for EVERY country where Microsoft sell its products is
available. Scroll to your country, and view the number.
