Why is my page so slow to load especially buttons?

Hi there i'm new posting pages on the web and it seems the page i created has
some problems loading especially my buttons.

I know it's a simple thing made with layers and behaviors but it says it
should load in 19sec over 56Kbs.

So why is it so slow to load my buttons?
Is there any way to load all the page first and only then show it?

The page loads almost instantly on my system. The total weight (size of
page, images, etc.) of the page is 65KB, which is a little high, but not
excessively high, 50K is a better target for the page weight.
I can see no reason why the page takes an excessive time to download,
unless your download rate is far short of 56K. (I only get 37Kbs with my
56K modem when using dialup, but 512Kbs with broadband.)

Have you checked http://blopes.no.sapo.pt/indeport.htm ??
That's where my buttons are and they take 5 good seconds to change picture
in my pc (every one of them).
I use a 4096kbps DSL connection so this is strange...
One of my pc's in the network has been downloading heavily but i checked
other pages and their buttons don't take that long.
What's going on?
