Are you sure you have opened a web first..and not just an individual page
outside of a web? If you did then many options will not be available.
Another possibility could be your compatibility selections in your web. Try
going to Tools | Page Options | Compatibility (or Authoring) | and then set
all the browser dropdown choices to "custom"
Hi Joe. Thanks for your reply. It worked. Now, can you please tell me how
you can view the video on more than one browser? I notice that it works in
IE but not Mozilla. Can you answer or do I need to post somewhere else?
