why is my web master page blank in publisher

I'm trying to create a web site in publisher: chosen a design: altered the
banner to the way i like it and want to carry it through to all pages. When I
add a new page it keeps the old design. The master page is just blank how do
I carry my theme to all pages. Can anyone help

What version of publisher are you using?

When you add a page look for the option "duplicate objects on all pages"
otherwise it will continue to make copies of the original conned page.
Although master pages have been successful at times, there have been
occasions that they did not function 100% in some browsers. Suggest that
you not use them unless you are sure that it what what you need and can test
them in all browsers. (Just one person's opinion).
