Why is only part of message being sent?

When my husband tries to send a message to a particular address, only part of
the message is sent. We run Vista with msoffice student & teacher 2003, and
NOD32 as our anti-virus. On the flip side, we receive messages with
attachments that we open, but that are blank when they should show pictures
or video etc. These come from several different people.

You might try uninstalling any Nod32 intergration in OL and see if that
helps.

suggestion about the second: maybe the picture size is too big. Hope this
