Why is the draft folder from hotmail missing?

I'm using Outlook as a mail reader for Hotmail and the drafts folder on my
hotmail account does not get downloaded into the folder list in Outlook? Any
one have any ideas about this?

That is not supported. It is supported when you have a paid account and use
the MSN Outlook Connector

Drafts folder is not supported even for premium(paid) accounts. Need to
see if the support will come in future.

Yes it is. Use a paid account AND the Outlook Connector
