Why is the text Red and Underlined in the footer?

WE have a red line and the text is red in the footer of a document.... in
normal view.... Why would this occur? We can not find an answer? The
reviewing and track changes is off... no clue

Perhaps tracked changes is OFF, but was on at some point. Have you accepted
all changes in the document?
