Why is the top of my page cut off?

My Word 2003 does this too, but it seems to be normal. I
think it is just a way Microsoft has used to get more
writing on the screen. Aside from not seeing the top of
the page, everything works OK. Try putting in a header
and see if the top of the page shows. It does on mine.

Sometime recently while using Word, it cut off the top
of my page! Now whenever I open a document or work on a
new one, it automatically starts me a little ways down on
the page. In print preview, it shows the full size page
and has wherever I started at the top. But the workspace
I have in the normal view is "squashed" and much smaller
or shorter. There is also no apparent margin across the
top of the document in the normal view.
It's really only when you are trying to write on the
document that I see this error. It does not show up in
the print preview. But I have looked all over for how to
move it up (you can't even scroll up any further), tried
restarting Word, and tried restarting my computer, but
nothing has taken it away.
