Why is Visio interfering with Project over voice recognition?

I installed a sample version of Visio over the internet. Now I get a constant
error in Project every time I hit enter where it asks if I want to intall
Voice Recognition. To get rid of the box, I tried to install files needed
from Visio. Nada. My sample version is evidently not enough.

Now what do I do to get rid of this tiresome error relating to both Project
and Visio?

Hi llw,

I've run into this before at a client site. The only thing I could do
was remove the option. Control Panel > Regional and Language Options.
Click the Languages tab. Click the Detail button. That should open the
Text Services and Input Languages dialog box. On the settings tab under
installed services remove the items for Voice recognition.
