Why isn't my fax wizard coming up when printing to fax machine?

I was able to fax a few days ago, but now when I choose a fax machine as my
printer, I just get the little symbol at the bottom that shows it is
printing. I don't have a clue where it would print to since I never put in a
phone number. I restarted my computer and it still isn't popping up a
wizard. I've looked behind my programs to see if it popped up behind but
it's nowhere to be found. Any advice would be appreciated.
