why isn't my imap account revicing information from gmail?

DaveK

I have 5 different accounts created in Outlook 2007 all of which are imap
from gmail servers. 4 of them work fine but 1 won't pick up any new mail, i
can send mail from this account, test email or otherwise but it will not
register any new mail.
Any ideas?
I have tried repairing and deleting and creating it again but I still get
the same results.
thanks, DaveK.

I have two send/receive intervals set up. For the main 2 accounts, which includes the problem account, it is at 10min and for the second it's at 40min. I did this through "define send/receive groups". This was working for some time as this current fault has only happened in the last month and I have had it set up like this for about 8 months.

Thanks

Try putting the non-working account in its own send and receive group with
maybe a 12 -15 min check time to see if it works. There is a limit to the
number of open connections per sever and this might be the cause.
