Why isn't Outlook archiving my emails?

The only folder that Outlook will archive is my Sent Mail folder. Why won't
it archive any of the other folders? I tried auto-archiving. I tried
manually archiving. No folders are set to Do Not Archive, though I tried to
archive with "Include Items with Do not AutoArchive" checked and that still
doesn't do anything. What is going on?

Autoarchive operates on the date an item was modified. If you've moved, if
you've opened, etc., the modified date is changed. You can always manually
copy/move the items to the archive.pst file in your folder list view.
