I have an excel file/workbook. When I open it up it says Workbook6 at the top --(instead of the file name) (and) -- it's asking to save it -- the save dot is up -- and nothing has even been touched on file. What is going on here? never seen this before. thanks.

Side note: the file opens up very very slowly. It was a download from a list company I'm with, maybe there is some corruption in file? as I said also, it will not do a normal save, it has to be a save as.

The file is probably formatted as an Excel template (regardless of its
extension.) Do a save-as, choose Excel workbook, and it should be fine after
that.
