Why my Outlook 2000 is so slow?

Hi everyone,

I have Outlook 2000 running on an XP Pro computer. It's connected to an NT
domain server running Exchange Server 5.5. When opening up folders or emails
in Outlook on this PC, it hangs for about 15 - 20 seconds before opening up. I
have Norton AntiVirus 2004 installed.

Anyone have a similar problem and knows how to fix this? Thanks.
