why not let us add user's domain to blocked sender's list?

I have a huge list of blocked senders, a lot of them have the same domain
name, but keep sending more junk mail under a different username. There is a
possibilty to add sender's domain name under "safe sender's", so why not have
the same possibility for blocked senders?

You can certainly add just a domain to the blocked senders list, and Outlook
even tells you that if you click Actions>Junk-Email>Junk E-mail
Options>Blocked Senders. If you then click Add, it's even more explicit,
giving you examples of how the blocked senders entries should be specified.

Now, having the option to add a domain from the context menu of Inbox is
another story and I'd go along with that.
