Why not see picture style group in Picture Tools's format tab?

I could not see the Pitcure Style group in Picture Tools's format tab. I need
that to change the style of a picture (e.g., bevel, soft edge, etc.). I can
see that group option in other computers in the same lab. So there must be
someway to bring it out. Anyone knows how to bring it out? Thank you

Hi Jin,

Are you saving the file as a Word 2007 document or in an older format. The
Picture Styles does not appear if saved in older format. If you're not
sure, then with the document open click on the Office Button in Word and
look for a 'Convert' choice. If it's there it's an older format document.
Clicking it will update the options to the Word 2007 feature set.
