why nothing happened after I installed Outlook 2003 with Business.

I installed Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager and nothing happend to
my outlook 2003. I have Office Pro. 2003, legal copy offcourse. It came with
a cd for Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager. I installed that, then
the update and both times nothing happens. I enabled it, yet nothing...HELP!
