why scrolling Excel Spreadsheet is so slow....

Chinese WinXP Pro
Chinese Office XP

if open the same file in this config:

Eng WinXP Pro
Eng Office XP

the file scrolling is very fast

so strange...

I've never seen the Chinese version, so you can try this--but it may not help.

Try cleaning your windows temp folder (it may not help, but it won't hurt--close
excel first).
