Why sharing is greyed out for MS outlook 20002?

Hi there ,
One of our folks called saying that the sharing is greyed
out on his MS Outlook 2002.
Is there a way to enable sharing for his Outlook 2002?
Our e-mail is supported by MS Exchange 5.5 server.

Please help. Thanks in advance.

Ask him where it's greyed out. Did he look on the Properties dialog for a
folder?
