why some of projects in project server are check out?

I generate some projects in project server but some of them, I can not open
them, because they are check out, I test with any users login in project
server, but not change. I must goto project server and check in projects,
it`s very difficult for me, because I want work with projects in two project
server, that they are in different location.do I can see projects in two
project server in one project server(with replication)? How?

Hi to all
I underestand why check out my projects, but Another problem occure for me:
one user(administrator) in open view ,see all projects in two project
servers, but another users (member of administrator group) can see some of
their project. why?
Please help me.

Project Server doesn't support replication, so your questions on this topic
are not likely to get much response.

I replicated between which tables in project server database that I need.
(90% of tables is needed).

Hi to all

I can solve all problems in project servers replication, except one: I can`t
define new user account or modify old account (change group or permission) in
project server after replication. I did define new category and template and
group,but I can't define new USER, why????????????
