why the movie stopped after 5 second

I have insert a movie .mpg in the poer point 2003 and it stops after 0.05
although the total time is 0.05

If the total time of the video is 5 seconds, it will stop at 5 seconds. What
is your question exactly?

Check the animation pane. In 2003 you gain a lot of control over video
playback, but it can easily be 'stepped on' by other animations.
