Why the Product Key is invalid..?

I bought a laptop several months ago and it came with a Microsoft Office S&T
Edition 2003 trial key and a Microsoft Office OneNote 2003 product key.. I
was using the Microsoft Office S&T Edition 2003 Trial for few months and now
it is already expired.. How to use the Microsoft Office OneNote 2003 product
key?? When I tried to convert, it said "You have not entered a valid product
key." What should I do? I need to continue working on my papers... It is
locked and I don't want to lose my papers which I saved using Microsoft
office S&T Edition 2003 Trial... Thx.

Crikey! It's only 5 days in but already we have a candidate for Moron of the
Month! You didn't even THINK, did you? A retarded baboon could have worked
out that the key for ONENOTE couldn't be used to convert an OFFICE trial!

You had plenty of warning that you needed to purchase a key to convert the
trial to the full version. The warning even told you what to do. If you do
not wish to - or cannot (because of stupidity or whatever reason) convert the
trial then you need to go and purchase the full version.

I also had the same problem. I had Office 2003 Proffesional installed, and
had small issues with different apps. Uninstalled and used the "Office
Cleaner" on the CD to remove anything I missed. Tried to reinstall and got
the message. Went into the Registry and delete the entries under Office 11.
Still got the message. Went in and wiped out all traces of Office 10. Still
get the message.

So, Hey Microsoft, I'M TIRED OF GETTING THE MESSAGE! I've been everywhere on
Microsoft.com so here's my message to you:

WHERE's THE FIX!

Hey Sorry Babe,

This was a full blown licensed edition of MS Office 2003 Prof, with One
Note, InfoPath & the kitchen sink thrown in.

IDEAS?!

1. This isn't "manned" by Microsoft, but a user populated peer to peer
newsgroup.
2. Don't hijack someone elses thread, start your own, as the answers
