Why the question I asked has disappeared from this list???????!

2 days ago, I asked a question about the product key for “Office.†In fact, I
restored my hard Drive to the factory settings. After the recovery process, I
still have the “Office†working. However, I’m asked to provide “the product
key†for each office’s component, which I do not have because my laptop came
with the office preinstalled. Being located in Africa actually, I can’t go to
Maryland to the store that sold me the machine to claim for the product key.

Checking my mail this morning, I got an e-mail notifying me that someone has
answered my question. But, when I click the link, I get only a blank web
page. Also, when I log into the Discussions Group Forums, I do not even see
my question anymore. So what happened????????!

Thanks for any help

Richard

Do yourself a BIG favour and ditch the horrible web interface. Use a news
reader instead.

Just to echo the excellent reply by Gordon. Follow it and implement it

There is a known glitch in the system. Microsoft is aware of it. Until then,
use a newsreader as Gordon suggested.
