Why There is IE warning about this page?

Did you clear your history and cache?

If so:
Go here:http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htmand download FP Cleaner ( with
Expression Web Designer and SharePoint Designer support )
Download links are at the bottom of the page.
Run the functions that clear:
The Hidden Temporary files.
The Hidden Cache (*.web) files.

See if it helps.

This IE "feature" will appear every time you access an htm file that
is stored locally. If you put The Mark of The Web (MOTW) on the file
then you will not be able to use any of the links on the page. If
you
turn on Allow active content ... then you put your computer at risk.

IE does *not* check for active content. It *assumes* that a local
file
*has* active content and provides a totally useless message. You can
affirm the message and "allow" the page to run the "content" so that
if you revisit the page, you won't see the message again.

This is the best that you can do.
