Why would you want upside down backwards text?
You could download a font from the 'net to do that but Excell cannot orient text
that way.
You could take a picture of the cell and rotate it.

why we can not get 180 degree in alignment in orientation?
It might help to rotate some of the text 90 degrees and the rest -90. Then
print it out and rotate the paper.
It’s likely that the spreadsheet has other requirements that would be
messed up by doing this, but it's worth mentioning in case not.
