why when I open Ms.Office Excel have message window installer

Dear Sir / Madam,
I have problem when i open Ms.Office Excel and have message window installer
or please wait while windows configures M.Office professional with front
page, I need your help to resolve it. I will appriciated for your kindly
reply me soon.
