why when installing does installation course corrupted pop up

this then means i cant install he software. it has been installled once
before on my last comp. but it was uninstalled.

Of course you are correct, Vicky. If it installed once and then uninstalled
and then maybe something else installed before it was installed again, you
just need to get rid of the remains of those prior installations. What you
probably need to do is search your registry for "OneNote" (no quotes). Then
delete all of them. Backup before. If you decide to do this and need more
information, please call back.
