I've reinstalled Office twice now, but I can't get speech recognition to work
in Word or Outlook. It works just fine in PowerPoint, though. In Word, the
Voice command works OK, but I cannot dictate. Nothing happens, or,
sometimes, it acts like it's trying to do Voice commands, but these seem
random.
