Why won't message appear in newsgroup

I sent a message on 7/29 at approx 6:28 PM but it won't
show on the board. Even the reply from Mary Sauer MVP
didn't show anywhere. The only way I found it was to put
my name in the "Search " box . Then I found my original
post and the reply. This happened on two posts and two
replies. Can someone tell me why they didn't appear in
the normal group???? TIA

If you are not connecting directly to the MS Newsgroups at:
msnews.microsoft.com
you can expect to have all sorts of issues as the other news servers only
connect infrequently and do not necessarily trawl and receive or post all
the messages.
